ONDARRETA is a luxury daily rental apartment located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Ondarreta. It is only a few blocks from Ondarreta Beach and just minutes away from restaurants, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. It is a 25 minute walk along the beach promenade to the City Centre or 5 minutes by bus.

It is on the mezzanine of an elegant building.

The apartment has:

 • A fully equipped kitchen with a bar with two stools. It has a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and small appliances such as kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, iron, iron board, etc. It has direct access to a spacious 30 sq m. terrace that has a table with chairs to have breakfast in the morning or to unwind after a beautiful day in the city.

 • A large exterior facing living room / dining room with a comfortable sofa, a LCD 32” TV and a DVD. It has two armchairs that become two single beds if needed. The dining area has a round table and it overlooks the terrace.

 • The main ensuite bedroom faces a beautiful and peaceful park and it has natural light. It has a double bed (1,50 x 1,90 m / 59 x 74 inches), one night table with a reading lamp, a desk and a chair and a large fitted wardrobe. Its elegant ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, sink toilet and bidet.

 • The second bedroom also faces the peaceful park and it boasts two single beds (0,90 x 2 m / 35 x 79 inches each), two night tables with reading lamps and a large fitted wardrobe.

 • The second bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, sink and bidet.

The apartment has solid wood flooring and the bathrooms beautiful design tiles. It is decorated with original paintings that give the apartment a special touch.

You will enjoy the free wi-fi internet access and free local and national telephone calls.

The apartment is cleaned for your arrival and has linen and two towels per person that are changed when your stay is longer than 3 nights. A cot is available free of charge upon request.

When you arrive, the apartment will have three toilet paper rolls per bathroom, garbage bag, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and two dishcloths.

It is a pet friendly apartment and smoking is not allowed inside.

There are plenty of restaurants around as well as a big supermarket 5 minutes walking distance. If you arrive on a Sunday or bank holiday, please bear in mind that shops and supermarkets are closed all day in San Sebastian and there are no 24 hour open shops in the city. We could buy you some basics (milk, bread...) upon request for a 20 € charge.

The check-in will be made by an emyrEnt representative fluent in English that will show you the apartment and explain how things work and that will provide you with plenty of tips as to where to eat, what to see, what to do... Should you want us to make restaurant reservations for you, it will be our pleasure to do so.

Parking:

The apartment has its own parking space in the building garage with direct access to the apartment through the elevator. It has an extra cost of 20 € per night.

If you prefer to leave it in the street, please note that San Sebastian has a warden controlled parking system. You are only allowed to park in areas painted in green or blue and you have to buy a ticket from street machines for two hours, after which you would have to buy a new one an so on until 8:00 p.m. Nights are free until 9:00 a.m. as well as Sundays and bank holidays.

Closest airports:

 • Fuenterrabia – EAS. It is 26 km. away (around 25 minutes by car).
 • Biarritz – BIQ. It is 53 km. away (around 40 minutes by car).
 • Bilbao – BIO. It is 97 km. away (around 1 hour by car).

We organize transfers from/to the closest airports upon request. Please note that the number of suitcases that you bring has to be taken into consideration before booking the transfer.

 • Fuenterrabia – EAS: Price: € 35 one way (car for 4 people) and € 60 one way (van for up to 7 people).
 • Biarritz – BIQ: Price: € 96 one way (car for 4 people) and € 125 one way (van for up to 7 people).
 • Bilbao – BIO: Price: € 138 one way (car for 4 people) and € 195 one way (van for up to 7 people).
