Grand Central is a spacious luxury daily rental apartment in the very heart of San Sebastian. It is located in an elegant historic building just one street away from the world famous La Concha Beach and a short stroll away from all the tourist attractions. The Old Town, with it’s incredible selection of Tapas (Pintxos in Basque) bars, the port, the beach, the shopping area, the main food market, the Aquarium, the Kursaal Congress Palace, the Cathedral, dozens of pubs, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks... all within walking distance!

It is on the mezzanine of the building after 9 stairs. There is a stair chair lift if needed.

The apartment has:

 • A bright, spacious open-plan sitting room/kitchen with a table for up to 10 people. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and small appliances such as kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, iron, iron board, etc. There is a comfortable sofa in the living area as well as four armchairs, a LCD 32” TV and a DVD. If the group is more than 8 people, the sofa can be turned into a comfortable double bed. It is exterior facing.
 • There are two double bedrooms with a double bed each (1,60 x 2 m / 63 x 79 inches), two night tables with reading lamps and a wardrobe. One is exterior facing and the other one faces a big interior patio with natural light.
 • The other two bedrooms boast two single beds (0,90 x 2 m / 35 x 79 inches each), two night tables with reading lamps and a wardrobe. One is exterior facing and the other one faces a big interior patio with natural light.
 • There are two large and beautifully designed bathrooms with walk in showers.

The apartment has wood flooring and the bathrooms beautiful design tiles. It is decorated with original paintings that give the apartment a special touch.
You will enjoy the free wi-fi internet access. There is a safety box.
The apartment is cleaned for your arrival and has linen and two towels per person that are changed when your stay is longer than 3 nights. A cot is available free of charge upon request.

When you arrive, the apartment will have three toilet paper rolls per bathroom, garbage bag, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and two dishcloths.
It is a pet friendly apartment and smoking is not allowed inside.

Due to its ideal central location, there are plenty of restaurants around as well as a supermarket right across the street. If you arrive on a Sunday or bank holiday, please bear in mind that shops and supermarkets are closed all day in San Sebastian and there are no 24 hour open shops in the city. We could buy you some basics (milk, bread...) upon request for a 20 € charge.

The check-in will be made by an emyrEnt representative fluent in English that will show you the apartment and explain how things work and that will provide you with plenty of tips as to where to eat, what to see, what to do... Should you want us to make restaurant reservations for you, it will be our pleasure to do so.

Parking: You won’t need a car to get around San Sebastian. Thanks to the ideal central location of this apartment, all of the wonderful tourist sights and experiences are easy to get to on foot. However, if you come by car, please note that San Sebastian has a warden controlled parking system. You are only allowed to park in areas painted in green or blue and you have to buy a ticket from street machines for two hours, after which you would have to buy a new one an so on until 8:00 p.m. Nights are free until 9:00 a.m. as well as Sundays and bank holidays.

The easiest option is to leave the car in a supervised car park right around the corner from the apartment where you can leave the car from 22 € per night. Payments are made directly at the car park.

Closest airports:
 • Fuenterrabia – EAS. It is 21 km. away (around 20 minutes by car).
 • Biarritz – BIQ. It is 48 km. away (around 40 minutes by car).
 • Bilbao – BIO. It is 99 km. away (around 1 hour by car).

We organize transfers from/to the closest airports upon request. Please note that the number of suitcases that you bring has to be taken into consideration before booking the transfer:
 • Fuenterrabia – EAS: Price: € 35 one way (car for 4 people) and € 60 one way (van for up to 7 people).
 • Biarritz – BIQ: Price: € 96 one way (car for 4 people) and € 125 one way (van for up to 7 people).
 • Bilbao – BIO: Price: € 138 one way (car for 4 people) and € 195 one way (van for up to 7 people).
