BELLE VIEW is an astonishing daily rental apartment in the very heart of San Sebastian. It is located in an elegant building just one street away from the world famous La Concha Beach and a short stroll away from all the tourist attractions. The Old Town, with it’s incredible selection of Tapas (Pintxos in Basque) bars, the port, the beach, the shopping area, the main food market, the Aquarium, the Kursaal Congress Palace, the Cathedral, dozens of pubs, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks... all within walking distance!

It is on the 5th floor and after 9 comfortable stairs you access the elevator directly to the apartment floor. There is a stair chair lift if needed.

The apartment has:

 • A bright, spacious open-plan sitting room/kitchen with a table for up to 8 people when expanded as well as a bar with three stools facing the cooking area. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and small appliances such as kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, iron, iron board, etc. There is a comfortable sofa in the living area, a LCD 32” TV and a DVD. If the group is more than six people, the sofa can be turned into a comfortable double bed. It has three accesses to the beautiful 40 sq m. terrace that goes around the building and has impressive city and sea views.

 • The main ensuite bedroom is exterior facing and has plenty of natural light. It has a double bed (1,60 x 2 m / 63 x 79 inches), two night tables with reading lamps and a wardrobe as well as a study desk and a chair. It has direct access to the terrace. Its wonderful ensuite bathroom is also exterior facing with a walk in shower.

 • The second bright bedroom is exterior facing and it has a double bed (1,40 x 2 m / 55 x 79 inches), two night tables with reading lamps and a wardrobe.It also has direct access to the terrace.

 • The third bedroom is also exterior facing with plenty of natural light and it boasts two single beds (0,90 x 2 m / 35 x 79 inches each), two night tables with reading lamps and a wardrobe. It has direct access to the terrace.

 • The second design bathroom has a big walk in shower.

The apartment has wood flooring and the bathrooms beautiful design tiles. It is decorated with original paintings that give the apartment a special touch.

You will enjoy the free wi-fi internet access and free local and national telephone calls.

The apartment is cleaned for your arrival and has linen and two towels per person that are changed when your stay is longer than 3 nights. A cot is available free of charge upon request.

When you arrive, the apartment will have three toilet paper rolls per bathroom, garbage bag, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and two dishcloths.

It is a pet friendly apartment and smoking is not allowed inside.

Due to its ideal central location, there are plenty of restaurants around as well as a supermarket right across the street. If you arrive on a Sunday or bank holiday, please bear in mind that shops and supermarkets are closed all day in San Sebastian and there are no 24 hour open shops in the city. We could buy you some basics (milk, bread...) upon request for a 20 € charge.

The check-in will be made by an emyrEnt representative fluent in English that will show you the apartment and explain how things work and that will provide you with plenty of tips as to where to eat, what to see, what to do... Should you want us to make restaurant reservations for you, it will be our pleasure to do so.

Parking:

You won’t need a car to get around San Sebastian. Thanks to the ideal central location of this apartment, all of the wonderful tourist sights and experiences are easy to get to on foot. However, if you come by car, please note that San Sebastian has a warden controlled parking system. You are only allowed to park in areas painted in green or blue and you have to buy a ticket from street machines for two hours, after which you would have to buy a new one an so on until 8:00 p.m. Nights are free until 9:00 a.m. as well as Sundays and bank holidays.

The easiest option is to leave the car in a supervised car park right around the corner from the apartment where you can leave the car from 22 € per night. Payments are made directly at the car park.

Closest airports:

 • Fuenterrabia – EAS. It is 21 km. away (around 20 minutes by car).
 • Biarritz – BIQ. It is 48 km. away (around 40 minutes by car).
 • Bilbao – BIO. It is 99 km. away (around 1 hour by car).

We organize transfers from/to the closest airports upon request. Please note that the number of suitcases that you bring has to be taken into consideration before booking the transfer.

 • Fuenterrabia – EAS: Price: € 35 one way (car for 4 people) and € 60 one way (van for up to 7 people).
 • Biarritz – BIQ: Price: € 96 one way (car for 4 people) and € 125 one way (van for up to 7 people).
 • Bilbao – BIO: Price: € 138 one way (car for 4 people) and € 195 one way (van for up to 7 people).
